The Board of Directors for the Center For Youth & Community Development (CFYCD) is a small executive board which was created through by-laws and is responsible for the legal, fiscal, and personnel affairs of the Collaborative.  The executive board works in tandem with the larger community board.  The president and vice-president of the CFYCD board serve as the co-chairs of Collaborating For Youth (CFY).
