In order to fulfill the mission and purposes of the Center For Youth & Community Development (CFYCD) d/b/a Collaborating For Youth, the organizational and governance structure is divded into:

• An Executive Board - CFYCD - which manages the legal, fiscal, and personnel affairs of the Collaborative.
• The Collaborative Board - Collaborating For Youth (CFY) - is comprised of community, school, church, business, and service provider representatives who provide programmatic and strategic direction to the organization and staff of the corporation
• Advisory committees and engagement teams that carry out activities within Adams County communities.
