Collaborating For Youth (CFY) is a collaborative of your friends and neighbors supporting the youth of Adams County, Pennsylvania, by helping to develop the positive potential of youth, families, and communities.

Identifying and building on what is strong is the hallmark of our work.  Prevention builds on our strengths as individuals, families, and communities, and is cost-effective and proven to work.

Did you know that scientifically proven ways exist to reduce substance abuse, teen pregnancy, delinquency, youth violence, school dropout, and depression?  Collaborating For Youth knows and our members are working within our communities to do just that! 

At the same time, we must reach out to youth who are already involved in these problem behaviors with strategies proven to work. Collaborating For Youth members bring state and national level best practices and effective programs to our local communities. We believe that following best practices and implementing effective programs are compassionate ways of helping local youth and their families, while building stronger communities.
